Fortunately over 96-99% of patients who are infected with COVID-19 will remain in Category 1 or 2A and do not require treatment. CAC helps to assess whether patients who have COVID-19 infection are required to be referred to be treated at a hospital or COVID treatment centre. Each CAC is every state is headed by a coordinator.
