Is it the correct medicine?
Is it the correct dose?
Is it the correct time to take the medicine?
Is it within the expiry date?
Is it stored in the dark and cool place?
If all of the above is YES, then you may proceed to take the medicine
REMEMBER to get your MEDICATION REFILL
CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR at least 1 week before you run out
