It is going to make your life so much easier, because you can just get on www.teleme.co, list your symptoms and we’ll connect you to the most suitable doctor in minutes. Welcome to the era of new technology – you can now talk to a doctor online.

So, how does it work? Here a quick guide just for you.

STEP #1: Find Me A Doctor

• Log on to www.teleme.co to access your dashboard.
• Click on it “Find Me A Doctor” on the dashboard and then click on the “Find Me A Doctor” button in green.

STEP #2: List Your Symptoms

• A pop-up form will appear.
• Select the urgency of your case and list down your symptoms.
• Once you’re done, click on ‘Send Request’.

STEP #3: Connect To Doctor

• When a doctor picks up your case, you will receive a pop-up notification.
• You can click on ‘Choose To See This Doctor’ or close it and wait for a different doctor.

STEP #4: Make Payment

• Upon clicking to consult the doctor, proceed to make payment via bank transfer, credit card or a voucher coupon if you have one.

STEP #5: Talk To Doctor Online

• Once you’ve made payment, voila! Talk to the doctor online by clicking on ‘Start The Call’.
