Do’s and Don’t’s

DO regular cleaning to prevent protein deposits on the lens and avoid eye infections

DO allow your eyes to have ‘1-2 hours of contact-lens free time’ every day to ‘breathe’ and dehydrate before you sleep

DO replace your contact lens case every 3 months

DO NOT use tap water or saliva to clean your lenses

DO NOT sleep with your contact lenses in the eye

DO NOT use contact lenses beyond their recommended duration (daily, fortnightly or monthly lenses)

Remember to take care of your contact lenses. Ask your Optician / Optometrist if you need any advice
