B. Bridging: Hip extensors exercise while lying down
Aim: To strengthen the extensor muscle at the back of the hip
Level 1 – Lift slightly
Level 2 – Hold the lift for a few seconds
Level 3 – Do the lift using one leg only
Do [ ] sets [ ] repetitions [ ] per day
