Despite all the reviews you see here, I personally think it's not that bad. Made an online appointment, came and... finished my blood test all within half an hour. The Malay receptionist who served me was very friendly and the Chinese lady drawing my blood was very fast and efficient too. Nothing unpleasant for me. They're improving, give them a chance!P/s: remember to make an appointment online so you don't have to wait for too long if you walk in.read more

Slow working attitude, waited more than 1hr for just a blood test. The reception said nothing they can be done, just... ask us to wait.read more

Hematamo lasting for 4 days and yet to recover after taking the blood...extremely unprofessional blood sample taking by... few old ladies there..one of them very rude attitude...receipt stated report can be obtained on 19/8..when call them they said need to wait till afternoon and CS said please proceed complaint if I wish!...read more

Can u all speak nicer to ur customers? We not owing u anything ya. Plz reconsider who is the one that paying money and... not u. Asking u nicely but u keep replying in impatient way and rude. It got greedy. It offered promo in Facebook and told me not to be late for my appointment. I reached, to find 2 other... customers lining up outside and one of them was grumbling that he had been waiting to be let in. Another customer walked out shaking his head, looking unhappy. Staff members did not seem to be bothered about waiting customers. Bad.read more

The staff there are impatient and talking very rude. Even the phlebotomist as well . Never ask about ur medical history... like blood pressure .. like not professional at all . At first never telling the promotion package as advertised, instead will sell you the same package with no promotion price. U ask then only response said only allow for website booking If not they will sell you the most expensive ones. The worst is the phone call alway wait long time to pick up n answer . Unhygienic the blood withdrawal place located next to the toilet no isolate /privacy at all , everybody can see trough on u during blood withdrawal.read more

Not helpful at all and very rude. Called for hormone test and ask for the available test. Instead of explain, the staff... just shout "we have a lot of test one ok?".So i call another Lab and get the answer and my test done.read more

The staff here are impatient and rude. All of them from front counter to the testers. Don't work if you hate your job.... We are customers who pays your salary. And you need to see their website for more affordable packages. If not they will sell you the most expensive ones.read more
