Our first and it will be the last in Pantai Hospital!!!Yesterday, my daughter body temperature suddenly when up and... had febrile convulsion, we quickly sent her to emergency and this is when our nightmare started.We waited for 5 hours in emergency for our room, during that time, baby fever on and off, only mummy went in with baby, she asked nurse to come and check temperature then only they gave her paracetamol... Finally we got our room on 3am, doctor only come and see her 10am. Said want to do test but until 12pm.. No one come..SERVICE WORSET EVER!! SLOW... SLOW... & SLOW.. 🐢read more

Admission due to dengue. Said the GL was not approved yet but i’ve received the approval notification from my takaful... operator. Just said that the bed was not ready and wanted to passover to next shift.The doctor was good. But the nurses were not. Late service. Felt like gov hospital scene.Need to bring own clothes, but basic toiletries were provided.Food was okay. In the same building also got eateries.Discharge procedure was not syncronize for every level. International whatever department said different, phone customer service said different, and discharge counter said different. After discharge, need to come again to collect my deposit.As all of it covered by my takaful, total bill was RM 7356.35.But for me to pay with money for the service, nope not worth it. I am a regular customer at Pantai. I have no complaints on the treatment and service but I just have one feedback.... Please deliver better on the payment side, it is very slow and the customers have to wait so long. It’s just so annoying to see only one counter is always working and another seems to be there but not working. Always the same feedback but no action. Is your customer response or service don’t evaluate such turnout on a daily basis? Or your management can’t afford new addition staff to support the ongoing crowd.read more

AVOID Pantai KL at any cost. This has to be the worst hospital in KL. I’m utterly appalled.Came to the Accident and... Emergency with my friend who was really sick and needed urgent attention. There were two Registration/Payment (combined) desks, both occupied with other people. The waiting room was not busy at all. There was INCREDIBLY loud construction noise from a nearby room that made talking to anyone basically impossible. We waited for 30 minutes without anyone so much as acknowledging us. The registration desks were still busy with the same people as when we arrived 30 minutes ago. The noise was making my friend even sicker. We had no choice but to leave and urgently look for another hospital and transportation.read more

I can say the worst Hospital service ever. Waiting at admission counter for almost 3 hour. My GL was approved at 5PM... and yet they still did not attend to me. As a patient I always need to keep asking them what is the current update, they even won’t even pass me the queue number until I ask the receptionist again.THERE WAS NOT EVEN LOT OF PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR AND I NEED TO WAIT PATIENTLY EVEN WHEN I’M SICK. If waiting time was longer, sick people can become healthy over the time. Such a ridiculous service for a PLATINUM HOSPITAL under my insurance company.read more

Horrible service and a waste of money.1. Took 5 hours to admit a family member.2. Stayed 6 days in the hospital.... Consulted 2 specialists and they still couldn't give a proper diagnosis.3. The first specialist said it was one issue. The second specialist didn't want to contradict the first specialist but you know he didn't agree.4. The bill was 5 figures.5. Family member wasn't recovered after the stay.read more

Good hospital with latest facilities and good doctors. I have been visiting here with my wife for her monthly pregnancy... check ups. The downside is Billing. Its extremely slow and there are only 3 payment counters of which, as I've seen only 1 will be operational. At times I've waited longer to make the payment than to see the doctor. They could really work to speed things up!read more

Clean place. Has a mini mall within the building. Pharmacy, a bookstore, eatery etc. Dentist office was beautiful with... a view. This was my view 6 months ago. Try calling Pantai Hospital, no one picks the phone up, after sales service is very poor and billing information takes too long to response making insurance claims very difficult.read more

My wife went for cancer treatment from Nov 21-Feb22. The doctors and nursing staff were very understanding,... compassionate, and helpful. Even though any cancer treatment and treatment for complications is rough at best, the priority was to make her physically comfortable and to provide encouragement. I would like to give a big shout out to Mrs. Hema at International Patient Center for the very smooth admin and billing process, and for arranging nearby accommodation, visa, top up for Grab, booster vaccinations, and being a listening ear for me in a foreign country. Thank you Dr. John Low, Dr. Alex Lowe, and Dr. Paul Ng, for treating my wife with kindness and care.read more

Got my Pfizer booster shot here this week. Definitely, the best vaccination center that I've been to. Very... well-organized, clean, comfortable, and efficient. The whole process took me less than 30 minutes (including the 15min waiting in observation).Kudos to the team!However, a suggestion would be to have more signs from the main entrance. Upon entering the building, it's not clear where one needs to walk to get vaccinated. I managed to find a hospital staff walking by and they advised where to go. However, once you reach Block B, there are tons of signs on how to get to the vaccination area.read more

1. plenty of parking compare to UMSC.2. all staff is friendly and serve us well.3. got free wifi up to 100 mbps ...... i like it 😘4. atm machine like photo (maybank cimb public)5. waiting area follow SOP covid 196. family mart, chicken rice shop, starbucksparking rate RM 9.90 around 2.5 hours....XRAY DEPARTMENT QUITE CLOUD AFTER LUNCH HOURS. IF DONT WANT TO WAIT CAN COME ON 9.00AM. Pros:1.Good Ambience.2.Front desk officer are polite and helpful.3.Good location.Cons:1. Treatment service is... slow. It takes more than 10 days to receive a blood test report. After multiple followups, there is no concrete explanation. Agree, Its deepawali time, does not mean they run away from their profession. There should be backup staff right. In medical industry, treating a patient is the utmost priority 24×7×365. Cannot expect this from such a well established Hospital. Hence requesting Hospital Management for improvement.2. Super-Expensive. Only rich or one with insurance should visit.3. Waiting time is around 1.5 hours even though you have appointment with doctor and crowd is less.read more

Moderate ambience.Many nooks and corners, and multiple buildings annexed to one another; signage can do better.Cars... difficult to egress on slopping main road during peak hours.Tertiary, privately-operated hospital that primarily provide healthcare to large institutional corporate staff.There are patrons who are more concerned about medical outcomes rather than atmosphere and glitz. Thus, this review is only about general facilities and not clinical competency.read more

I went to have my health check there and they work extremely slowly. The day that I had to get my result back I waited... for 1.45 hrs and still the Doctor didn’t show up. I left the hospital and requested the documents to be sent to me at home instead. They didn’t not send. They never returned my message. They do not really care about being on time at all. Other people have life too. I won’t be going there ever again. I had to call and followed up so many times. They just do not care about me being there. The most indifferent hospital staff I have ever experienced in my entire life. No apology, nothing comes out to show any sympathy for patients.read more

A neurologist in this hospital charges unnecessary.MRI will never be cost RM6000. LOLWe knew that she was talking... business and was trying to take money a lot from us in the first place. But she faild.Don't treat patients for your profits purpose.She asked me where I work.Its clear sign that she did figure out how much she might be able to take money from me.This is unnecessary question to be asked anyway.What doctors telling you won't be always true.Don't trust much easily.Try to doubt & have some knowledges to avoid from being a target on their cheats.*ADDITIONAL*Right after i left a review here I have gotten so many calls from Pantai Hospital by several different phone numbers like crazy & somewhat started to getting calls from scammers.Totally Absolutely you should not trust this hospital.After I left a bad review honestly some users left good reviews which easily can detect that someone relatives of this hospital did that purposely to raise more.Totally this neurologist never should be trusted from seeing this hospital's behaviors.Totally Abnormal!!Please protect yourself in many way than choosing this hospital for your health & valueread more

Had a surgery done a few months ago and most of the things went smoothly. Dr. Eeson was excellent in handling the... surgery and recovery and I recovered quickly. The nurses were great, attentive and professional. There was a little problem with the numbness in my tongue for 3 weeks after. I wished the anesthesiologist came back to me to explain about what's going on but she never did. I asked around about this and found the answer on my own.1 star less for that issue and price point. No fair treatment for all people. When i came to accompany my helper who are foreigner for his vaccine, the Pantai... Registration staff literally allow others to cut queue in order for Malaysian being registered instead of following the number in order. In my opinion this should not be the way. All should be treated fair manner. Hope the management will look into this. Furthermore the staff are very rude.read more
