First time went there for the free basic suitability check up (either laser or ICL). Perhaps they were too busy n it's... free, they don't explain much to u until u throw them your questions (so better u prepare your questions, do a lot of research n study, know which type of surgery u want to do cos basically u go there just to make decision after got to know which surgery u are suitable for). Then u will be rushed to decide which surgery u prefer n come back for the chargeable comprehensive check up (maybe by then u will get more info or more time for consultation). Don't feel right n comfortable to proceed next step at all.read more

I have done my Relex Smile here and the result alhamdulillah very very well. During the surgery i didn’t feel any pain... at all the anaesthetic works well. Really recommend these eye clinic for lasik treatment. The staff and doctor also very polite and kind.read more

I just did my Relex Smile there on Christmas eve and the experience was so far so good from the pre-surgery eyes... assessment till the surgery, until I went back for follow up checking on the next day. I was served by a lady that I never deal with before, I told her that my left eyesight was not as clear as the right one when she carried out the refraction test, then she responded with an unpleasant tone by questioning whether did I wash my eyes? After complete another test, she rush me to the counter to make an appointment for the next follow up checking without explanation on my eyes conditions, until I asked her at the counter, she just replied few words "about 90%" and walk away. The entire follow up checking was not more than 5min and was not being served professionally, I will refuse her service during my next visit.read more

Bad experience, paying few thousand for cataract surgery, but we need to buy our Pain Killer(Panadol) from pharmacy.... Totally not acceptable as a customer! Ridiculous! Not gonna recommend my family members to visit.This 3 star rating were for the friendly staff and docs.I would rate 0 for this company !read more

I need. To thanks excelview laser.. More than ten years ago.. I was bringing my grandma to laser her eyes... Till she... end up life her eyes is bright than youngest... I'm proud I'm not do wrong things when the times she said her eyes blur.. Thanks you so much.. ?read more
